About this item

  • Suz S201 requires a minimum of 20 balls below the feeding tube to function properly. If the machine malfunctions, ensure that there are enough balls near the feeding tube and the ball frequency is at least 1 on the control box. Make adjustments as needed to the net and tilt to guide the balls toward the feeding tube.
  • The robot head can be adjusted up or down for direct or indirect serves. Contact us for a video on how to make this adjustment. For a direct serve, set topspin to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on the control box. For an indirect serve, set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3 on the control box.
  • Refer to the manual for installation instructions. Insert the power cord behind the control box (not behind the machine).
  • This robot can only be used on table tennis tables less than 2.5 inches thick. Tables thicker than 2.5 inches are not suitable for our robot.
  • The manufacturer offers replacement parts for normal wear and tear damage within one year of purchasing the Suz table tennis robot. For assistance, email the manufacturer using the address provided in the manual.
  • If the robot will not be used for an extended period, clean it and store it in a box or bag to prevent dust buildup.
