Ensure there are at least 20 balls below the feeding tube for proper functioning of Suz S201. If the machine does not serve correctly, check for sufficient balls around the feeding tube and set the ball frequency on the control box to a minimum of 1. Verify the presence of enough balls around the feeding tube and slightly tighten the net and raise the tilt to attract the balls towards the feeding tube. Adjust the robot head up or down for direct or indirect serves. For instructions on adjusting the robot head, request a video guide. For direct serve, set topspin to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on the control box. For indirect serve, set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3 on the control box. Refer to the manual for guidance on installing the robot. To install the power cord, insert it behind the control box, not the back of the machine. The robot can only be placed on table tennis tables less than 2.5 inches thick, as it is not suitable for thicker tables. The manufacturer offers replacement parts for normal wear and tear damages within one year of purchasing Suz table tennis robots. If assistance is needed, please contact the manufacturer via email, the address of which is provided in the manual. When not in use for an extended period, remember to clean the robot and store it in a box or bag to prevent dust accumulation.
